I'd like to book. What do I need to do now?
First contact us to check if Stephen or Matt is available to photograph your wedding day. If the date is free, the next step is to arrange a meeting with the guys to look at our products and discuss your needs. Stephen and Matt are happy to travel to your home if it's within 60 miles of our office or an agreed location for the meeting. When you have made a final decision, a deposit of £250 will secure your booking.

What about the quality of your prints?
All the prints we provide to clients are high quality Fuji prints and are not "proofs", not bulk printed at a high street shop or printed on a inkjet printer. Each image is created and enhanced by hand using a digital darkroom and then sent to a professional lab where they are printed on Fuji Photographic paper.

What is the license for and what does it cover?
The license enables you to print and share your images with family and friends for your personal use.

Will Stephen or Matt be the photographer on the day?
Yes, Stephen and Matt personally photographs all of the weddings booked with 'Magical Photographers'.

What happens if our photographer is ill on our wedding day?
Magical Photographers will do everything possible to provide a photographer for your special day. We have a network of trusted photographers that we can call on to cover this eventuality. Should we be unable to provide a photographer we will give you a full refund of all monies paid. To date, we have never had to call on another photographer or refund monies!

What happens if something goes wrong with your equipment on the day?
Magical Photographers holds both public liability insurance and professional indemnity insurance, to cover any unforeseen circumstances. If you would like to see the certificates, please mention this when booking your meeting with Stephen or Matt.

What area do you cover and do you charge a travelling fee?
Magical photographers covers the UK and abroad, if required. Travel of up to 60 miles from the office (BN16 4FW) is included with in the price of the shoot. Additional miles will be charged at 44p per mile. Journeys into central London will incur an additional charge of £50. Journeys of more than 100 miles from the office will also be charged at £10 per hour in addition to the mileage charge along with the cost of overnight accommodation if required.
